- Article 6, Clause 2 (U.S. Constitution)
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." - Article 6, Clause 2 (U.S. Constitution) There is no amendment that renders this Constitutional Clause null and void. Congress just said *poof* no more Treaties = no more broken Treaties, problem solved. What I want to ask Americans is to remember our beloved soldiers. Every single solider takes an oath of office that says they will defend and protect the constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic. Soldiers die on foreign soil fulfilling their oath, YET, America, for some reason, does not believe these soldiers deserve constitutional compliance. Soldiers die on foreign soil defending our constitution. If Indigenous Peoples don't deserve constitutional compliance then why don't soldiers? I thought America 'supports the troops.' Is America really supporting our troops by violating one of the constitutional clauses they die on foreign soil defending?
