My new single, "Power Of People" is now available on all streaming platforms. This is a song about one of the most misunderstood means for problem solving - nonviolence. This is a song that cites historical examples (in the 20th century) of ordinary people using nonviolence to achieve significant political/social objectives. Nonviolence is not to be confused with apathy, passivism or some hippie ideal of "peace and love, man." Nonviolence is choosing to engage in creative problem solving by leveraging the power of people (also not to be confused with "mob rule"). My hope for this song is that it'd be a resource for a peaceful future.

This song was produced in South Africa by my friend Ben Badenhorst Music. I sent him a guitar track, a vocal track and a beatbox and he did the rest.
My good friend, Talia Keys was kind enough to record backup vocals. Talia is one of my all time favorite artists and I'm very lucky to have her on this track. She inspires me to be bold and to keep my foot on the gas. Please give her a follow. She's been touring with Lukas Nelson (Willie's son) and she's pumping out legacy music right now.

I tracked this song with Mckinley Devilbiss at Make Your Mark Studios (Myrtle Beach, SC) and with Je Spence at North Florida Recordings (Fernandina Beach, FL). Both of these guys do great work and I couldn't have done it without them.
