I filmed this song during my time working at the Moria Refugee Camp [Lesvos, Greece]. We worked with families fleeing war from Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. The songs means a lot to me and I'm excited to share it with you all.

MUSIC VIDEO RELEASE DAY
"Power Of People" is a song about historical examples of ordinary people using non-violent direct action to achieve political objectives. I filmed the video at the Edmund Pettus Bridge (Selma, AL), Lorraine Motel (Memphis, TN) and Freedom Square (Cape Town, South Africa).

The song was produced by: Ben Badenhorst Music (South Africa). I gave him an acoustic guitar track, a vocal track and a beatbox and he did the rest. The music video was filmed by my friends: Matt Still and Silence Mwaxy. Zikomo (thank you).

The amazing Talia Keys sang backup vocals.

The song was tracked by Je Spence at North Florida Recordings (Fernandina Beach, FL) and by Mckinley Devilbiss at Make Your Mark Studio (Myrtle Beach, SC).
